VIDEO ENTRY CRITERIA
All categories will be judged by this criteria.

Creativity - how unique the overall movement choice and transitions are
-
Use of Space - how well the performer explores the full spatial potential of the apparatus. Including varying heights, directions, moving around the apparatus
-
Transitions and Flow - how smoothly and intentionally the performer connects movements
-
Technical Skill - how well does the performer demonstrate strength, control and execution of skills appropriate to their level
-
Line and Form - how well does the performer show body awareness, alignment and attention to aesthetic movement
REQUIREMENTS

Must be a single take with no edits
-
Must be on the apparatus you intend to perform on

Must be a solo performance
-
Time limit is 2 minutes

Skills should be suitable for the category you are entering

You are not required to start the video from the ground
-
You are not required to have a full sequence
-
You do not need to include music, but you are welcome to

You do not need to be in costume
-
You do not need the final choreography for your routine

Expression - how effectively the performer communicates emotion, intention or story through movement

Musicality - How well the performer interprets and expresses the music through movement

Use of Space - how well the performer explores the full spatial potential of the apparatus. Including varying heights, directions, moving around the apparatus

Transitions and Flow - how smoothly and intentionally the performer connects movements
-
Technical Skill - how well does the performer demonstrate strength, control and execution of skills appropriate to their level

Style - how clearly the performer establishes a consistent movement style or performance style
-
Visual Presentation - how cohesive is the visual presentation

DEDUCTIONS
10 points will be deducted for the following

Performing a move that has been categorised as too advanced to the category

Not including the required elements

Going over the time limit
